PRICING:
Aneka Manners is an Australian business registered for GST. Pricing is based in Australian Dollars and includes GST where applicable.

 

PAYMENTS:
Credit card details are processed securely by NAB Transact. Our site uses SSL encryption technology to securely transfer your details to NAB servers where they are processed, however NO credit card information is stored by Aneka Manners.

 

SHIPPING:
Aneka Manners charges a flat $15 shipping fee to anywhere in Australia.

Customers receive goods via express post or in person once payment of their purchase has been received. Orders within Australia should expect to receive their goods within 7 working days.

If you are located internationally, please contact us via the contact page so we can determine shipping costs for you and we will handle your order personally.

 

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:
Aneka Manners will gladly refund or exchange any of our products within 30 days of purchase if they have a major problem.

This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description; or
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

We will refund the cost of the product, however return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
